Site Operations Manager (and Mel’s Right Hand Man)
Whereas Mel drives the design aspect of DC builders, his brother and business partner Justin is responsible for developing that vision into reality through astute application of his technical skillset acquired over the years by working for the best in the business. Justin merges his strong, practical building know-how with an efficient and refined project management acumen to bring a well-rounded set of skills to every DC design project – big or small! Justin has gained a reputation as a hands-on oriented site manager with a formidable reputation amongst our subcontractors for ensuring deadlines are met and the highest standards are always maintained.
A master builder who excelled at carpentry – having been nominated as Apprentice of the year two years running – Justin is also responsible for overseeing our up and coming apprentices, although at times it is hard to tell him apart from them as the urge to get stuck in and get his hands dirty on site remains strong in him. When not on-site, Justin can either be found renovating his Hillcrest home, Kayaking, or spending quality time with his partner Denys and their awesome dog Chip!
